Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Session Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a counselling session with at least 24 hours’ prior
notice.

Cancellations:
If cancelled 48 hours before the session, a full refund will be issued.
If cancelled within 24–48 hours, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before, no refund will be issued.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full fee.

Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original
payment method.
