Confidentiality: All client information and records remain private.
Integrity: We provide unbiased guidance without false promises or guarantees.
Respect: Clients and counsellors are expected to communicate respectfully at all times.
Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion, or background.
Service Delivery Policy
Mode of Service: Sessions may be conducted online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) or offline
(in-person).
Session Duration: Each counselling session will typically last between 45–60 minutes.
Report Delivery: Assessment and career reports will be shared within 3–5 working days.
Follow-ups: Packages may include limited follow-up sessions, as specified at the time of booking.
Grievance Redressal Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service. If you have a complaint:

Step 2: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
Step 3: Our team will review and respond with a resolution within 7 working days.
Step 4: If unresolved, you may escalate to the Head Counsellor/Management for further review.
